Get more control over My Team page by these view rights!
CONFIGURE ACCESS RIGHTS
My Team > Menu > Settings > User Rights
Depending on the configuration of the setting called Manager & Approver, it will have an effect on one's user experience to view Profiles in ZipHR.
All Regular employees will automatically have access to My Teams Staff Directory if
- Manager & Approver in User Rights is DENIED
- This only grants access to the Staff Directory wherein they can only view the name, branch, department, position and email of employees in the system.
Manager will only have access to his direct reports and/or the profile groups set to him in Profile Access Rights.
- Ensure Manager role has access to VIEW to Manager & Approver in User Rights
- This grants access to profile details of selected employees who report directly to them.
Manager can toggle the "Directory" in the upper right corner to view Staff Directory!
Admin role will always have access to all employees by default.
