Shifts
>> Settings > Time & Leave > Shifts
Shifts enables you to create various standard working shifts that can be quickly used to roster employees.
Click < ADD SHIFT > to create new shift
- Name – choose a name that easily describes the shift
- Activity - select which activity type for the shift
- Branch - branch in which shift will occur
- Cost Center - optional if shift applies to specific cost center
- Group - optional if the shift applies to a specific group
- Holiday type - optional
- Time - start/end and break times for the shift
- Start Core First/End - time window in which the employee may time-in to work
- Absence/Half day Threshold - start time limit until the system will mark the employee as absent/half-day
- Overtime Window - additional working time where the employee will be paid OT rate
