Cost centers allow expenses to be grouped for budgeting and reporting purposes. Note that cost centers can be used to track grouped expense claims as well as employee wages.

• Code Name - internal code name
• Client - any client that may be associated with the Cost Center
• Tags - click <Manage Tags> to create any internal tags that may help classify Cost Centers
• Employee Filters - only employees selected will be able to apply the cost center
• Positions & Billable Rates - please only apply the below if the Cost Center is used for Invoicing purposes
  • Position - specify which positions are billable
  • Billable Wage Basis
    • Profile Basic Wage - billed at the employee's basic wage rate
      • Wage Margin - % increase of Profile Basic Wage that is billable to client
    • Fixed Daily - billed at a fixed rate per day
    • Fixed Hourly - billed at a fixed rate per hour
