The Employee Schedule Tab provides complete information over your schedule and timekeeping records.
- Tardy / Absences - Tardy events are indicated in ORANGE, whilst Absence is in RED
- Pending Requests - requests for new or amended events are highlighted light orange
Click on the request to view details
- Event Amendment Request - click on any other event to view details and request any amendments as required. See this article about Understanding Working Events to learn more about the details.
- New Event Request - if you would like to request a new event, click <REQUEST EVENT> to submit a request for approval.
Below the calendar, you will find a Schedule List which provides full event details.
- Total – at top of the table, there is a handy summary of hours
- Working Hours – read here on how time worked, break, tardy and absence are calculated
- In bold – Total Scheduled Hours
- In gray – Total Actual Hours
- Event Amendment Request – click here to request an amendment to the event
- Event List Report – easily download the detailed attendance report of employee
List of all calendar requests still Pending or last updated within 30 days for your quick reference.
