Mobile App Troubleshooting Guide (iPhone & Android)
Sometimes as a user we encountered issue while try to access ZipHR Mobile App. There are several ways that can be done to handle it. But first make sure that your device is connected and has a fairly stable internet connection.
Common app issues
An application issue could be caused by either the phone or the application itself. Some of the common issues that are often found on iPhone and Android devices include,
- Crashing
- Won’t open
- Won’t respond
- Blank dashboard
Troubleshooting Steps
Step 1. Close ZipHR App
- Close ZipHR mobile app
- Re-open ZipHR mobile app
Step 2. Restart your phone
- Log out of ZipHR mobile app
- Press your device power button. On the screen, tap Restart
- If you don't see "Restart," press your phone's power button for about 3 seconds, until your phone restarts.
- Open ZipHR mobile app and log in
- Check that the issues have been resolved
Step 3. Check for ZipHR Latest Updates
- On your device, open the Google Play Store or App Store
- Check the latest version and click update
Step 4. Clear the app cache
Note - completing this section will wipe any data which has not synchronised with the database.

Blank Dashboard/No Check-in or Check-out Button
This often happened due to user Module Access that has not been clicked on the profile.
My team > Profile > Employment Info > Access
Please make sure your Administrator has activated your Calendar Module.
