Control employees' access to various ZipHR modules and define their roles.

SYSTEM AVAILABILITY

System availability is determined by the ZipHR modules that the company administrator has activated within the company's Module Activation panel. 

Modules that have been activated will appear as AVAILABLE, whilst those that are deactivated will be DISABLED. 

Employees may only be activated to modules that are Available.

STATUS

Employees may only be activated to modules that are Available. Status shows if the profile has been activated to a specific ZipHR Module. Only Users with My Team User Right to EDIT this page may activate/deactivate a user from a module. 

Important Note: Active users are immediately chargeable for modules that are active (modules not currently on a Trial basis)

ROLE

Roles determine an employee's user rights for each module. 

The user rights for the following main ZipHR modules are controlled by a single Role. 

• My Team
• Calendar
• Payroll
• Performance
• Expenses
• Benefits
• Invoices

Roles for additional "ZipApps" below are controlled within the module themselves.
