• Joined - number of new employee in the organization (based on hired date)
• Left - number of employee who left the organization (based on termination date)
• Recalculate Stats - enables you to recalculate data from last month, last 6 months, or last 12 months

HEADCOUNT & TURNOVER 

• Nett - sum of employee who left and joined the organization
• Headcount - employee count
• Turnover - turnover percentage
