My Schedule | Online and Remote Check-in (Mobile)
Learn how to manage your calendar and attendance on ZipMobile.
RECORDING YOUR ATTENDANCE
There are two ways to check-in in ZipMobile.
ONLINE CHECK-IN
If you are checking in within the vicinity of your events branch, you may directly click the "Check-in" button to record your logs.
From the Dashboard > Today's Event, click <Check-in> button.
You will be prompted to the Check-in / out page.
Location map - Verify that your current location is inside the location perimeter (Check-in distance from the branch). This will help you determine if you are now in the branch and ready for check-in.
Events details - Wherein you can find the Event's branch, date today and your Activity
Scheduled times - Bigger times indicates your shift's schedule for the day. Smaller times showing indicates your actual times recorded
Check-in button - Click the <Check-in> button directly if you are within the Branch location |

Verify Face ID - Upon clicking the check-in button, you will be required to verify your face ID. Follow the instruction below:
Please await for "Success notification!" - Once verified, a success notification will show at the top of your mobile screen. You may go back to the app's dashboard or check-in page to verify your logs. |
REMOTE CHECK-IN
If you are checking in from a location other than the branch specified, such as working from home or checking-in from a client's office, then use the <Remote Check -in> feature.
- You are required to enter a reason for remote check-in and verify your Face ID
- Location of your remote check-in will be recorded for your manager's review
REQUEST AMENDMENT
Select the <Request Amendment> button if you would like to make amendments on your schedule for that particular day.
Date - This will be automatically the present date if you will be requesting an amendment directly from the Check-in page Note: If you wish to amend your past schedules, go to Schedule tab > then select the date that needs to be changed. Activity * - Select which Activity you will request for change Branch * - Automatically shows the event's Branch, select a Branch if the Activity will happen to different place Holiday Type - Will always be "Regular", select holiday type only if applicable Cost Center - Select only if applicable Start/End Time * - Select new scheduled or shift times for the activity Start/End Break - Input new start/end break times, if applicable Reason * - Provide a reason for the amendment Submit Timestamps - For events that have already occured (Make sure to use 24-hour clock format) Check-in/out (Actual Times) * - Indicate your actual check-in/out Add Overtime (OT Window) - Include overtime if the activity is Working or if you had a straight duty wherein excess hours on your regular schedule (8 hrs) is considered overtime. Otherwise, leave blank. Add Attachment - Upload an image or document, if required
Submit your request and it will be subject to approval by your Event Approver.
TIP: If you're going to amend your past schedules, please go to the app's Schedule Tab > click the event/date that you need to amend.

REQUEST EVENT
If you would like to request a new event or activity that was not initially scheduled for that day, select the <Request Event> button from the ZipMobile's Dashboard or Schedule tab (by clicking + sign at the upper right corner).
Date * - Select the date when this new event will apply Activity * - Select an activity that was not initially scheduled for you Branch * - Choose the Branch wherein this new event will take place Holiday Type - Will always be "Regular", select holiday type only if applicable Cost Center - Select only if applicable Reason * - Provide a reason for the event request Start/End Time * - Specify the scheduled or shift times for this new event Add Break - Input start/end break times Add Actual Times - Add only if the Event had already happened (Make sure to use 24-hour clock format). Else, leave blank. Add Overtime (OT Window) - Input overtime if the activity is Working or if you will be working a straight duty wherein excess hours on your regular schedule (8 hours) is considered overtime. Otherwise, leave blank. If the activity is "Overtime", add only the Start/End time Add Attachment - Upload an image or document, if required
Submit your request and it will be subject to approval by your Event Approver.

NOTE: Request Amendment is used to make changes to your schedule, while Request Event is used to make a new event aside from your standard schedule. Please see this article to know more about the difference between Request Event & Request Amendment.

TEAM SCHEDULE This will only be available for view if you have an access to view all schedules. Check with your ZipHR Administrator if you should have this.

View all requests and approve or decline directly on this page!
