Changing your profile details make it easy on ZipHR!

Click on the <EDIT DATA> icon to amend/edit your data.

Note: Changes from anyone regardless of their role are going through the approval process. This is to let the system have a record of what was changed and who approved it regardless of role. Moreover, Admins can be their own approvers. 

• Fields - all fields that change
• Old Value - old information
• New Value - new input information
• Documents - attach a file to validate data changes 
• Requestor Comments - reason for changes/correction
