Only Admin/HR or those with edit access to Employee Attendance settings can reset Fingerprint. Please contact your Admin/HR to reset yours.
To Reset Fingerprint.
- Go to Employee's Employment Profile > Attendance> then click the <Pencil> button to edit
- Click <RESET FINGERPRINT> then save
- Once done, the employee will be prompt to re-register Fingerprint when employees try to check-in/out on the tablet
