ZipHR made payslips accessible to employees. They can access it thru the mobile app whenever they want!

Employee may view their payslips by clicking “Payslip” tab on the My Profile

First, select the payslip you would like to view

ADDITIONS / DEDUCTIONS

Wages

Breakdown provided by

• Activity type
• Tardy/Absence deductions
• Number of Days or Hours worked
• Amount

Other Payments

Positive Other Payments are included in the Additions section, and negative in the Deductions section.

Employee Contributions

Breakdown by type of employee contribution.  Employer contributions are paid by the company and thus not included in the Total Payable to employees.

Taxes 

Total amount tax withheld from payslip, which will be paid to tax authorities by the company.

REFERENCE ACTIVITIES

List of all activities within payroll Attendance Period that were marked Tardy or Absent.

For a list of paid activities included in wages, employees should refer to the My Profile> Schedule page.
