Performance | Team Performance - Open Goals

Managers are required to review their subordinate's goals to complete the goals cycle.
COMPLETING YOUR TEAM GOALS ON WEBAPP
If you are a manager, you will see any open goal cycle under Team Performance upon accessing Performance > Dashboard:
- Click on an open goal cycle to review the goal
- Click the REVIEW button on a specific employee to view their goals
- Click a specific My Goals to view the progress of each KPI and leave your comment as a Manager
- Add your overall comment and rating for my goals for your subordinate
- Click a specific My Goals to view the progress of each KPI and leave your comment as a Manager
- Once done, return to the Goal page by clicking outside the pop-out page to give your overall rating then click SUBMIT button
Note: Click Return to Employee to return or allow employees to amend their goals. May you leave a comment as a manager to inform them what needs to be fixed on their goal:
- Click the REVIEW button on a specific employee to view their goals
Reminder: If you have Admin Access, you may be able to see all goals of employees but leaving comments can only be done by the Manager or the assigned reviewer.
COMPLETING YOUR GOALS ON THE MOBILE APP
>> Menu bar > Performance > Goals

- Select <Performance> by sliding the left-side side navigation bar
- Select <Goals>
- Click on any cycle that has a Pending Manager status
- Select a specific Goal that you want to review
- Add your comment to a specific KPI then click Update
- Add your overall comment and rating for the goal
- Click <COMPLETE> if you are ready to submit to complete the goal cycle
