Performance | My Performance - Open Goals

Goals are the objectives set for you to work towards within a goal cycle.
COMPLETING YOUR GOALS ON WEBAPP
On the Performance Dashboard, you can view all Open goals pending your completion:
- Click on an open goal to view and update the progress for each My Goals
- Click a specific My Goals to update progress(%) or add a comment on each KPI
- Click SAVE on each KPI to update the goal
- Once done, return to the Goal page by clicking outside the pop-out page
- Option to add another My Goal is also available:
- Title - Name/Description of your goal
Example: Produce 1,000 toys - Priority - priority level if Minor, Major or Critical
- Associated Goal - select another goal that is related to this new goal (if applicable)
- Assignee - who will be assigned to do the goal (can select yourself or another employee)
- Start Date - start of the goal cyle
- Completion Date - target date to complete the goal
- Description - add a brief description of the goal
- KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) - add KPIs to determine on how you will achieve your goal
- Weighting (%) - add weight to represent the KPI's contribution to achieving the goal. Make sure that the total weight is equal to 100%
- Click CREATE/SAVE once done adding KPIs & weight
- Title - Name/Description of your goal
- Create - Once done adding details & cycle goal you may now click CREATE/SAVE
- Click SUBMIT If you are done updating your GOAL and would like to submit it for your manager's review.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once the goal has been submitted to the manager, you will no longer be able to update your goals unless the reviewer returned it to you to update
OTHER FUNCTIONS AVAILABLE
ASSIGN GOAL
- Click <ASSIGN GOAL> to associate your Goals with others.
- For instance, if others must achieve certain goals for you to successfully complete your goal, it helps to have an associated goal to collectively reach objectives.
- This is most effective for managers who want to create goals for subordinates that are aligned with their own.
Note: Assigning goals works just like Add Goal, except that you assign such a goal to another person. The ability to assign goals depends on the assignment rights your administrator has provided to you.
MANAGER'S GOALS
- Click <MANAGER'S GOALS> to view your manager's goals that they have allowed subordinates to view.
- If you feel that your goal is aligned with your manager's goal, then click <ASSOCIATE GOAL> to create your own goal that will be associated with your manager's goal.
- Your manager will be able to view all goals associated with their own to understand who is contributing towards their goals.
ACCESS TO HISTORICAL GOALS
You may also access the Goal Cycle page to see a full list of all your open and closed/historical goals:
- On the performance dashboard, click open goals
- Use the <CYCLE STATUS> and <MY GOAL STATUS> to filter the assessment
- Take note of the following status of cycles:
- SUBMIT - Assessment is still pending for Employee response, click submit to complete the assessment.
- VIEW - Assessment has been completed and is now pending for the manager's review or has been completed already.
Note: You may view your responses by clicking the VIEW button

- Select <Performance> by sliding the left-side side navigation bar
- Select <Goals>
- Click on any cycle that has a Pending Employee status
- Click on a specific KPI to update it
- Drag the progress bar to update the status of the KPI
- Leave your comments
- Click <UPDATE> to save your progress
- Click <COMPLETE> if you are ready to submit your goal progress to your manager
